Regulated & public sector
Banks, regulators and public bodies carry constraints most vendors design around afterwards: auditability, data residency, key custody, and the requirement that a supplier cannot read what passes through the system. We start there.
What we design for first
The operator cannot read it
Architectures where confidentiality is structural, not a policy promise. Keys stay with the parties, not the platform.
Auditable without exposure
Verifiable records of who did what, using credentials and signatures rather than copies of the underlying data.
Residency and deployment
On-premise, sovereign cloud, or your own perimeter. Nothing in the design assumes our infrastructure.
Open specifications
W3C DIDs, verifiable credentials, AnonCreds and DIDComm, so procurement is not buying a proprietary dead end.
Where the work has been tested
We do not publish client names. These are programmes where our work was assessed by others.
Send us the constraint that makes this hard.
Engagements are project-based with scope agreed up front. We will tell you early if we are the wrong team for it.
